The irony of it is that in many things in life, you are not an equitable stake holder. Certainly not in most of the companies we work for, and most are desperately trying to gain equity in home ownership, and politically we have very little (if anything) vested. So in fantasy, I can totally see the desire to fulfill that stake. Let me own something, god damnit.
