Nice to read something that made me laugh out loud. Pro tech work really is 80% coordinating people (quashing jerks, dealing with drama, etc: “don’t leave the new guy alone with the CTO”) and 20% funtimes-computer-stuff. It might not seem like that in terms of wallclock time, but it sure feels like it in terms of energy spent.
