Is this just an advert for Hotwire? Every single point just seems to mention Hotwire.

  Not really. Hotwire is provided as an example of a Hybrid app framework / toolkit and is mentioned about five times. But so also is Svelte.

But given how popular Rails is, that’s probably me being overcautious. The principles they describe in their books, such as Shape Up, are still sound.
