Don't know if it's just me, but I find the analogy to agile methods to break immediately. I've always thought that the goal of agile is not to have more fun but to produce working software faster and better. Agile of course can also be fun for some people, but for others care-free coding of tickets in a waterfall plan is much more fun than constantly facing the uncertainty of customer expectations.
