I understood this was a tough problem to solve when I swapped my hard-to-inflate scooter tires with some cheap tweels. NVH, even at 15MPH, is real. For anyone wanting to do this to their electric scooters, dont... until Michelin makes a scooter form-factor wheel I suppose.
