Yea, they hit us too (ages ago). How much effort do you want to spend? It took weeks to get contact, had a sit-down with their legal council on the line, re-did some underwriting process and -- were then told again "No".
My advice: start looking elsewhere and don't give it another thought.
Also, you may want to title this with an 'Ask HN:' prefix?
- rishadclinicup 5y agoWell it’s a massive pain, our platform is integrated with stripe. Yeah, if it takes weeks we need to move on. I’m more frustrated with their lack of transparency, but at this point I’m just venting. Thanks for sharing your experience
