If I'm calculating this right, it's twice as efficient as oxygen concentrators at generating oxygen, which are more efficient than oxygen generators (eg hydrolysis).
One ton of CO2 has `(8+8)/(8+8+6)` tons or 660 kg of oxygen, and `660 kg / ( 230 kWh / 0.92 )` gives 2.64 g / Wh. Whereas oxygen concentrators* provide around 5 L per 350 Watt-minutes, at 1.3g / L**, gives 1.08 g/Wh (and slightly less for that PDF's "oxygen generator" efficiency figure). Though these aren't industrial processes, which might be more efficient.
Now, gas that's passed through gallium isn't necessarily healthy, but this reaction might have serious potential.
