Here's the map for 2020: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/global/mapping/2020 https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/global/mapping/2020 Looks like India and parts of Canada/Alaska experienced slightly cooler temps, as well as a decent area over water. For 2019, large parts of interior Canada and the US, as well as parts of Oceania. https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/global/mapping/2019 https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cag/global/mapping/2019 One of the other noticeable things about those maps is Siberia. Affected quite a bit by warmer temps in both years.
