Yes but this doesn’t adjust for inflation so while it is a benchmark it is still cheaper than it was in 2014.

- jeffbee 5y agoIn real dollars we are currently at about the same price today as we had in late October 2014. The price was falling rapidly that month so the benchmark is the same in real or nominal dollars.
- WarOnPrivacy 5y ago2014 was terrible. A tank of gas could double an old car's value.
