Seems odd that nobody is mentioning spectrum ownership. Maybe now we could start to see some areas with open/free access to high-bandwidth wireless data networks.

- rch 15y agoNot sure actually - and quick searching only turns up sparse info around the 700 MHz and 2.5-2.6 GHz auctions, along with a few bits about LTE and WiMax. Maybe there are some long-term licenses or other agreements that could prove useful? I guess things are unclear at best, but there is enough content to keep me curious about the possibilities.
