The white collar workers with two full-time jobs
- twobitshifter 5y agoIs this somehow easier to do in the UK? I would imagine that there would be tax and health insurance points that would tip off employers, but maybe not? I suppose the W4 could hide the extra income with your spouse or you could cheat on the withholding or something? Overall I think “treat yourself as a business, family inc.” is the key takeaway of the article. I think everyone can learn from that, but being upfront and contracting would be more morally sound. Usually your employment contract will prevent working somewhere else and if you have a timesheet instead of salary it’s hard to get by without actually working the hours.
