- rob74 5y agoBoth are correct actually: Schröder's Social Democrat/Green government first decided to phase out nuclear in 2002, then Merkel's Christian Democrat/Liberal coalition (partly) rolled that back in 2010, only to change their mind in 2011 after Fukushima...
