I'm wondering why companies still cooperate with Amazon, when it consistently is breaking their trust? I understand their position in some markets (e.g. USA),

I'm wondering why companies still cooperate with Amazon, when it consistently is breaking their trust? I understand their position in some markets (e.g. USA), but not being on Amazon doesn't mean the end of business in the other parts of the world. As a matter of fact, being on Amazon means slow and inevitable death sentence for their brands.
