Instagram removes peer reviewed statistics as 'hate speech'
- leephillips 5y agoThe reason these statistics are hate speech is that they conflict with the mantra "trans women are women", and the view that goes with it: that men should be allowed to compete against women in sporting events that have until recently been organized so that woman could compete against each other. We are living in ugly times, when the most popular social media platforms, with an outsized influence on young people, enforce this misogynistic ideology with a militaristic fervor.
