That wouldn’t be a compromise at all. Once a store was established Apple wouldn’t be able to close it because of anti-trust issues. Facebook would start a store, data gathering would be built into every app that store sold. Apple would not be able to reject the store itself because Facebook would sue them for anti-competitive behavior.
