Can someone explain to me what the problem is. People were moved to the Enterprise account, and this is bad because they got access to GitHub Action minutes and Codespaces? I'm confused.

Projects were moved to the .net foundation organization. The .net organization obtained administrative authority on those projects without asking or notifying their respective owners.

  Weren't the projects already owned by the .NET organization?
