Great stuff, but it doesn't work on induction stoves. If you learn to cook on stainless steel, it's really great for cooking.

- Nux 5y agoPerhaps some are fitted an iron plate under, make them work with induction.

- mark-r 5y agoThe best pans I have are tri-ply, aluminum in the middle with stainless steel on the inside and outside.
