Most European countries have a “recovered” classification of their green pass — it’s not only for those vaccinated. However, it’s probably much easier and quicker simply to get vaccinated than to show evidence you were infected with covid in the past, especially after antibodies have waned.

They don't need to "prove" shit. If you're vaccinated, you're not in danger of dying. Moreover, you will get COVID anyway eventually, with or without the vaccine. It's endemic, and it'll be with us forever.
