Cathie Wood: Exodus from high-cost cities will push down inflation
- downrightmike 5y agowell, maybe in the over-inflated-before-the-pandemic-areas a bit, but things already cost a good bit more everywhere else, or are being shrinkflated. more like it will just transfer inflation to smaller economies, who will see it as deflation and those moving to those smaller economies will feel less inflation compared to their old location. Just perspective, but it doesn't help the fed handed trillions to hedge funds that have largely used the pandemic stabilizing money to buy up single family homes. Which in and of itself will lower the perceived lessening of inflation by those moving to smaller economies.
