In my case, it wasn't MDD. I was tasked by my manager to take a look into this whole SIP thing. So I started reading up on it and writing code in Lua (using LPEG) as an exploratory project [1]. Unbeknownst to me, my prototype was put into production by said manager. Sigh. I'm still the only person who really knows Lua at the company. [1] I used Lua to write the testing programs for the product.
