- jhgb 5y agoNot necessarily -- you can modulate output. The input reservoir gets refilled naturally if your average outflow matches the average inflow.
- Arnt 5y agoThat is precisely what Norway does. Prices go up when average inflow is low. The biggest source of inflow is snow, which maps to outflow 0-18 months later.
