Easier target for global emissions reduction could be getting reactors into some of these huge container ships that are currently burning bunker (on windy.com the emissions are so bad you can see trails where these ships go). I wonder why there's not at least 1 container ship with a reactor yet while Russia's got stuff like icebreakers running them?
