Upcoming M1X MacBook Pros rumored to feature 120Hz displays with mini-LED
- rektide 5y agothankfully higher refresh rates & even mini-LED are starting to emerge already (the first, the, MSI Creator 17 is ~1 year old now!). i would love to see this tech adopted more actively. high-refresh looks amazing. so weird that we told ourselves we can't see beyond 60fps, that we convinced ourselves, for so long, because computing looks so much better at higher refresh. mini-LED's local dimming zones do decent at getting good, rich contrast pictures. their capability to run at high brightnesses is great for stunning visuals & road-warriors alike.
