My understanding was this prevents people staying around bars and restaurants drinking, and it was (at least informally) accepted knowledge that drunk people don't distance or mask as much
- mariavillosa1 5y agoHere at the bars in Honduras, people don't mask or distance at all, at any hour (including the bartenders who are all unmasked). But it probably does help that they have to go home earlier, so that's sympathetic reasoning.
