Some people are, but most people, who claim it, are not. It has been already with other disease like having measles parties. There are people who claim that they are not afraid of the virus but refuse to get vaccinated. There is also mixing up of natural immunity and innate immunity. Many people claim that they do not need the vaccine because they have innate immunity (they usually using simply "immune system"). Unfortunately US does not recognize acquired immunity by being ill. It would be better to use different wording altogether: "vaccinated", "recovered".
