Climate change is an existential threat to humanity. To deny using an energy source that is nearly carbon neutral, whilst half the population of this planet is still living in energy poverty, is far from being the prudent choice...
- Ekaros 5y agoAnd one that can supply carbon neutral energy also during winters. Which considering amount of global population that requires heating to survive is quite critical.
- q1w2 5y agoDemocracy's are will of the average intelligence and sub-average emotional state. They seldom act with prudence. This is why nearly all nuclear plants under construction today are occurring in non-democratic nations.
