Facebook plans to reduce politics on people’s feeds
- kumarvvr 5y agoOnce people have tasted blood, they will not settle for any other stuff. FB is doing too little, too late.
- giantg2 5y agoWe'll see how that goes. Many political posts are shared by friends. I'd imagine a large amount of the political content they will hide is just opposing views, since that's what many people will complain about. Not to mention, many people probably don't recognize many topics/positions as political if they share the same position.

- messo 5y agoI know it won't happen, but going back to a chronological ordered feed would solve so many problems! No algorithm.
- zafiro17 5y agoThat's useful most of all to FB, where plenty of political discussion is about how to put a leash on FB these days. Don't want users to be subjected to that now, would we?
