I sent a similar reply to a Facebook recruiter. Something song the lines of, "I disagree with the philosophical direction of the company and cannot in good conscience find myself working there." This, apparently, was a way to get myself permanently and unceremoniously removed from all Facebook recruiter outbound. Not only did I not get a reply, but where I used to get multiple emails a month from different teams, I haven't heard anything from a Facebook recruiter in more than two years. So everything worked out in the end.
