I think a polarized society, means there is a big problem in that society that needs fixing. Like when a project is forked because people think it should have other goals/values. I don't think we can split society, so that problem needs to be found and addressed, so people can trust each other and the government again. Meaning having all the correct facts, and information, will not fix polarization, only societal evolution
