Brian disagrees, he opened his discussion of the benefits by saying: "it has allowed us to hire some of the best talent from organizations where employees are fed up with politics, infighting, and distraction".
- sagichmal 5y agoThis is definitely not true (shrug) Attrition has more than doubled and most engineering teams are critically understaffed.
- native_samples 5y agoThat claim isn't the opposite of his, though. Regardless, if I recall correctly Coinbase paid people generously to leave if they disagreed! Pretty hard not to increase attrition with a policy like that.
