When I looked, I saw that the option was automatically checked during the upgrade with not a notice given. This is the latest in a series of scummy moves. I spent the last hour trawling through Firefox source code. In any case, when people act like this, I do not trust that turning off the option actually stops them from keylogging, which is why I am going to look into inspecting traffic.
