I don't get it, what is cease-and-decease letter? I'm not from US
- dragonwriter 5y agoA letter asking someone to stop doing something, usually from a lawyer, and typically with an explicit claim that the act is illegal and either explicit or implicit threat of imminent legal action if the request is not complied with.
