I hear you. I was thinking whether to use 40 as a benchmark instead of 35 :) but considering that most people start working professional around 22-23, you have done 12-13 years which I believe is a good benchmark.
- PragmaticPulp 5y agoThe cutoff doesn’t matter. The point is that you shouldn’t look around and see yourself as the exception due to age. The more age factors into the workplace, the worse it will be for you.
