We shouldn’t be looking at the little guys in this matter. We should be looking at the incumbent players who have an established market to protect, and who will kill anyone or anything who threatens that cash cow. And they’ll take any government handout they can get to help increase their cash, but stubbornly refuse to do any real work, unless they’re forced to through some of the small fry slipping through and causing too much competition somewhere.
