There is no need for this to be asymmetrical. Why not also include overly enthusiastic alarmist content, like announcements that we're all going to die real soon now. It seems to me that this sort of message can also be very damaging in terms of transmitting hopelessness and short-termism. Better would be to restrict neither. But it feels unbalanced to only suppress the nuts from one wing.
