Fantasy NFT startup investing platform shuts down after 24hrs in open beta
- atlasunshrugged 5y agoI actually love this idea and worked with some buddies on something similar way back in the day and the SEC came and gave us the smackdown as selling securities and really made a stink. Obviously they didn't think through the legal complexities here as we didn't but it's unfortunate they didn't just google it because the situation was public and they would have seen the articles/sec announcement. Hopefully some version of this does come to exist so the average person can get access to shares of any privately traded startup.
