You are making the assumption that the people who run the company _must_ be wealthy which is not something that has to be so. Take Japan Airlines CEO. Certainly well paid but does not earn the crazy amounts that western CEOs of large companies tend to earn. You can have everything you stated as a benefit without the requirement of a person who runs the company having to be wealthy.
