Real story: I needed to register an instagram account a few months ago. I tried my nick "Iv", of course it was unavailable. I tried many different alternatives and finally managed to get "Iv but the real Iv" or ivbuttherealiv. Recently I saw my account was banned. I then realized that there was a "butt" in there. Now I will never have an IG account linked to my FB. Oh well, I can live without that but thank god I don't depend on that platform for business. It made me laugh but there is zero appeal available.
