That’s what I was thinking too. Norway is rich because of oil. They would have serious problems if other countries reduced their carbon emissions.

- thinkcontext 5y agoThe are investing their oil wealth for the day after oil. That's a whole lot smarter than most of the rest of oil exporting countries.
