I have with Notion is too much flexibility, it’s easy to completely mess something up even by accident.
- sergiotapia 5y agoAgreed, our Notion ended up being a soup of disparate outdated notes all over the place with no rhyme or reason across a 480+ employee business. I'm founding engineer of a new startup now and I advocated for Guru. https://www.getguru.com/ https://www.getguru.com/ I like how information is marked stale/verified and the permission are much tighter. The data ladder is also better structured. I'll see how it works as our headcount increases.
