I don't think there is a need for a new law, existing ones will be sufficient to show that Apple causes harm to consumers and the market. Even in US apple just lost a trail about payments, though it will be appealed I think the days for Apple having a payment monopoly on iOS and not allowing you to show a link to your website to buy directly are numbered. But I expect tsomeone to also claim that is Apple duty to delay that day and make more money for the shareholders.
