AMD: Windows 11 Slows CPUs Up to 15%, Patch Coming
- nerdwaller 5y agoI should have done some benchmarks, but I’ve noticed that W11 is much less responsive on my Surface Pro X (gen2) than W10 was. I’ve used it significantly less since upgrading. All that to say, I wonder if something could also be affecting the Microsoft ARM chips too.
