As network engineer I can reliably state what rats are showing no discrimination when chewing twisted-pair cable segments, should it connect 2.4 or 5 GHz APs, should it run Fast or Gigabit signalling, is it inline-powered or not. I wish 802.11bg had any vermin repellent capability, but its not.
