Racist tendencies is just tendencies that promote in-group/out-group thinking, right?
There was a lot to cover in OPs post, but after reading it one of my first thoughts was "well sure, in a racially homogenous society, racism won't develop" ... which leads to:
"People think of you differently based on what job you do and your parents do, what dialect you speak, what part of the town you live in, or what village/city you live/lived in, how wealthy you are, what sect of religion you follow"
It appears to me that racism, racial profiling, is just the predominate form of profiling in America. Which makes sense, when you look at the history of the country. In countries which are not racially diverse, different reasons for discrimination occur.
- lifeplusplus 5y agoYes that was my point discrimination exist just not along racial lines, which still sucks, but the benefit is that you can see the world in a non-racial way.
