- nairboon 5y agothe Uranium surge will be next
- MerelyMortal 5y agoWhy?
- aquestionihave 5y agoA question I have about this: Is there really an energy shortage and now silicon shortage in China (all of a sudden)? Or are they diverting energy and production to other things?

- Arnt 5y agoChina is a command economy indeed.
- silksowed 5y agonot sure how accurate the report is but combine rising energy prices, geopolitics getting in the way of importing enough coal and you get factory slowdowns as energy rationing becomes of interest. Xi doesn't want his people going cold this winter. foreign owned factories in china should be the first to have their energy cut. sum it all up and i see some existential threats in tech sector. "chip-shortage" is an understatement.
