OZY Rules: The House N-Word Gets It in the End
- lalaland1125 5y agoMy apologies for the title, but this is an interesting behind the scenes testimony of how it was to work at OZY before it collapsed. It's a good illustration of how someone willing to defraud their employees is often willing to do the same to investors.
- h2odragon 5y agoLike torture auto-erotica. When you rage quit over asshole boss, stay quit. Of course I say this having similar stories and finding this too familiar to stand. There were reasons, but afterwards they don't look like reasons anymore.
- retrac 5y agoAs horrifying as this is, I almost struggle to be sympathetic because I cannot understand why he let this guy inflict all this on him. I know it's partially a reflection on why, but having read it I'm still at something of a loss. I would have either punched him or quit by about 20% into this story. Maybe he has the same anger I tend to get but better impulse control and tried to channel it into some subconscious revenge plot? Don't do that. Life's too short.
