  What real impact do you want ? Public executions of tax evaders ? Obvious easy evaders got their fine, people in political positions stepped down, new regulations were made to make it a bit harder. Propose an action plan, I suppose you d end up doing the same: investigate, punish according to the law, adapt the law to close holes. Not everything has to be a Khardashian sensationalist tv show to satisfy you hunger for blood.

Who got fined? Who stepped down? What regulations happened because of it? Not challenging your assertions or anything. This whole problem space is alien to me. The only thing I have to latch on to is that the revelations keep happening, which to me indicates a continuing problem.
