- chetan51 15y agoI agree. I toyed with putting it in Tier 2, but ended up just leaving it in 3 (since it logically makes sense there) and using the security trick I use for Tier 2 to make it safer.
- mikeburrelljr 15y agoEMAIL deserves to be TIER 1 in the regards that if one breaks this layer of security, they are often able to gain access to most anything, including financial institutions.
