If this doesn't have a name (I didn't see one in the paper), I propose “interview sort”.
- sundarurfriend 5y agoAll sorts are interview sorts - that's the only context in which they come up, for most programmers.
- genewitch 5y agoThat's probably true, however didn't the default sort change between python2 and python3, as a newer, faster algorithm was found and implemented?
