I believe this article conflates two separate pieces of voice AI: speech-to-text and processing the text. Google’s speech to text is amazing, possibly related to the “less privacy” part. Siri can handle slightly more complicated commands but so many times I see it transcribe what I’m saying… then in a blink change all the words.
